Gosh Jane...most people would think its about the theme of the book/movie....but what if its saying....mockingbird=PRESS

I can’t walk at all when those are going on, they are SO intense!
I am on my 3rd day of taking a Calcium/magnesium/zinc supplements and it DOES seem to be helping.
(I don’t want to speak too soon)
I need to find something with potassium in it too, maybe?

I take a bunch of potassium pills each day, spread out. They are very cheap, any store.
The most in ea is 99 whatever, so I assume that is the most one should take at a time.
Did you see my post to you about how to stop a cramp like right now ?
