I agree...interesting lunch group today. Right before we entered the restaurant my husband warned me that the topic might be tense. Even though the celebration was an employee from my husbands military area of Humana was accepting a job elsewhere in Humana...
SO...being the military area government contracts are involved. Even if our government is shut down Human must pay out money.
So it was brought up about the shut down. A top man spoke up and said," we are fine because since its a very LARGE contract the money has been already been secured and the pay outs won't be affected.
Then a woman spoke up to say,"As far as I'm concerned I don't care how long there's a shut down...as long as my President gets the WALL"!
The small table we were at was very quiet....LOL
