I believe he KNOWS he isn’t getting all the information and is being deceived by the SC. After all, NONE of what he is being charged for has a thing todo with Russia.
I think he finds that all quite insulting.
I was once told, while waiting for a judge to arrive, by my lawyer, also a judge, that a judge is never late.
I would suspect that being lied to would be equally bad as accusing them of being late.

Flynn might understand the insult, but if he is knowingly drawing fire, as we speculate, then while there are slings and arrows to dodge, I suspect he is taking those insults as badges of honor. At least I do hope so.
I think it’s similar to a Navy ship Captain. The ship can’t leave (unless against orders) once he’s ashore nor can it depart till he boards.
Just heard Judge Piro talking about FLYNN. A phrase caught my attention: FLYNN was not acting for Turkey while in the White House.
LSM is going wild with all this treason crap “while he was in White House”. FLYNN wasn’t doing that, but HRC was acting as an undeclared foreign agent within the CF while she was SOS.

what still troubles me about this judge is: He came into today’s hearing incorrectly somehow tying Flynn to treason and was ready to sentence him to jail on that bulls$t tip.
Would the judge have been in a different mindset if he didn’t have Flynn tied to treason ?
Would he even be thinking of jail. ?
His apology was crap. It stunk.
Why or how did the judge get bad info ? This is a judge that dots “i”s and crosses “t”s.
