Dont be distracted by doom-mongers and conspiracy theories. Todays Congressional hearing into The Clinton Foundation was extremely important, but perhaps not in the way many expected. As Rex explains, once you understand how Trump uses Congress as a strategic weapon, the purpose of todays kabuki show reveals itself. And its not good news for the enemies of The Republic.
Perhaps the most interesting part of todays explosive Congressional hearing into the Clinton Foundation, was the last few minutes.
Mark Meadows (R) had a major tantrum about the investigators not turning over the 6,000 documents they have incriminating the Clintons, to Congress.
Meadows:
I dont find how [refusing to turn over information] provides a good foundation for truth and transparency.
The reply by one of the investigators, John Moynihan, was priceless:
Let me be very clear. You invited us. If you dont want us, disinvite us we presented [the evidence] to government agencies, which youre not."
Bravo! Every sane American would have applauded.

Really?? Do you not know any Latin?
Watching events more than tends to give the impression of a lie with the "Trust the Future" "argument".
This comes to mind:
I hope I'm wrong.
Your point is well taken. The issue here is whether the government could compel these two citizens to surrender their work product; to say nothing of the fact it would likely be leaked to the public (or at least to the Clintons) and rendered much less valuable.
No doubt that QAnon is not old skool Western Civ, Greco-Roman in origin.
:)
what is truth is right.
great ones!
Few Americans do, these days. I'm surprised that you're surprised by that.
That’s what I get for going to Latin Mass where even 3 year olds have some Latin.
Then people need to keep trying. Never surrender never give up. How sad for our republic. Begging for truth and justice....
That's cool. Not everyone's a Catholic, and Latin hasn't been taught in our public schools for generations.
That said, I'm a lover of the English language, and wish I'd learned some Latin as a youngster. It helped to shape our mother tongue.
That's the spirit.
His 17th Level Intelligence Messiah has proclaimed: "Trust Huber".
Somebody needs to be held to account, now that Sessions is gone.
yup, stalking horse for “that-conspiracy-nut-who-must-not-be-named”
But you are a smart language lover and can find translations for elementary Latin. As long as you say it in Latin, you will always impress your audience :)
I find that Greek, with an alphabet transformation to English can be fun in very small doses.
English is just chock full of Greek and Latin words/phrases.
As a kid I didn’t see it, but I do now.
Speaking of crazy internet conspiracies I saw one recently that FR has been taken over by jack booted thug censors

You're right, but I'm old and lazy ;-)
Besides, studying Latin would cut into my precious freeping time way too much .. LOL
