If Trump wins re-election in 2020, he will have served for 8 years in office. The statue of limitations will run out on (bogus) campaign finance laws.
If Trump does not win re-election in 2020, he resigns 1 day before a new president takes office. Pence becomes president for 1 day. President Pence pardons Trump (and anyone else the Dems plan to terrorize).
You realize that the SOL clock stops with an indictment?
They indict, seal it, and open it the day he leaves office.
In the old days, this trash would have gotten pulled. That aside, The media has convinced themselves they finally have a winning issue. Study Franken and understand what will happen to these people. This shall pass.
The statute of limitations applies to the time between when the offense was committed and when a person is indicted for it. If they indict Trump now but wait until he's out of office then the statute of limitations doesn't apply.
HE IS NOT GOING TO NEED A PARDON, RUBIN.
All this hellish crap our country is going through with satan mueller should be on FREAKIN SEESIONS shoulders!! Effin moron..burn in helll bastard!!!
There is nothing they could indict him on anyway.
Doesn’t someone have to actually be convicted of a crime before they can be pardoned? Trump hasn’t been, and won’t be, convicted of any of this bogus garbage.
Are we talking bronze statue, marble statue or concrete statue?
They all run at different speeds, Speedy. :)
” ... but if the trial occurred in DC, that jury wouldn’t care what the legal issues were. “
Why/how would the trial be held in DC if indicted by the Southern District of New York?
You been smoking the same crap Jennifer has? I compared her comments to having gone too long without Oxygen and damaging her brain.....not too swooft for one who chose “Speedy” as part of his screen name....
_____________
What does that look like?

LOL
My wife just saw that statue and she said Moochelle looks like Jackie Kennedy.
Can he be preemptively pardoned before he is charged or indicted?
Well, maybe the *statue* of Moochelle looks like her...
;-)
