Facebook is over 40% Asian and probably the vast majority of those are foreign born. Asians don't look too kindly to African-Americans.

He’s “mugging” their reputations with his accusations. Just saying.

True or false - I don’t care.
Facebook deserves the negativity.

Asians frequently don’t look too kindly on other Asians. They frequently know their ethnic group and where they think it stands in relations to others.
Same could be still said of many Africans in Africa and even Europeans in Europe.
In the US “black” and “white” have become these anti-real-ethnic pseudo-ethnic identities.

The hypocrisy is strong wherever two or more liberals are gathered.
Do as I say, not as I do is their prime directive.

Facebook could be the most racist outfit on the planet, but I’d be suspicious of anyone complaining about a “lack of representation”.

Same could be still said of many Africans in Africa and even Europeans in Europe. Had a neighbor once from Liberia. He didn't like American blacks, either. He said they were 'lazy'........................

"On a personal note, at least two or three times a day, every day, a colleague at MPK [Facebook headquarters in Menlo Park] will look directly at me and tap or hold their wallet or shove their hands down their pocket to clutch it tightly until I pass." I highly doubt that in ultra liberal SV. As a matter of fact I doubt fellow workers could be observed securing their wallets when a black co-worker passes in the workplace, anywhere.

Well they probably got that impression by watching Googletube.

No matter where you work, there is always the possibility of some kind of Pecking Order. One usually can decide how much it’s going to effect them. If it’s a case of straight out racial discrimination, tell your supervisor. Give them a chance to help fix it. If the problem persists, look for something else in that company or industry.
The goal is to keep working at something you like and are competent in.
For most people, the goal should not be that you alone are going to challenge this company and ‘get their mind right’. If upheaval and forced change is your goal, be prepared that you may become persona non grata at your worksite forevermore.
i.e. our dear and wayward friend, Ms. Megyn Marie Kelly.

One of the platform's most engaged demographics and an unmatched cultural trendsetter This sounds like an attempt to spin gold from flax. Akin to "she has a great personality" when appraising someone's attractiveness.

Dont wear a Hoodie
No kidding. Where I work, I’ve seen a whole range disrespectful behaviors from AAs. If you are lucky, they are passive aggressive (#1 is looking exclusively at their smart phone when you are talking to them). And its a one way street (they can disrespect you, but not vise-versa). I’m convinced some of these behaviors are meant to tick others off. Then, when it becomes too obnoxious and someone makes a comment: RACISM!

I really have no sympathy for a company like FB. They made their bed, now they can lay in it.

They frequently know their ethnic group ...
Not really. One guy from HK that I worked with was always ticked off when traveling when Japanese would come up to him to ask questions in Japanese. He was born at least 20 years after Nanking, and it was ingrained in him to still hate/detest Japan.
For fun, there's at least one youtube vid of (three?) Asians trying to informally ID ethnicity from head shots of Asians.
