Do you remember a week or so ago when some were having problems with posting images from cdn.qmap.com, they would only appear for a bit, then disappear? About the time the red pages massacre were occurring.

We were having trouble with the “Hillary cough” image loading, which I first thought was a missed html tag. Then the picture disappeared and wouldn’t load again.

Read the error message in my op:

During the problems with q.map.pub, Cloudflare security would allow an image to load while posting in FR “preview”, then would post fine leaving the poster to think a successful post.

A little later, Cloudflare comes along and breaks the hotlink, see above error message and reason given.

Now it could be perfectly legit, or, is the suggested conspiracy theory true that Pelosi and DiFiChi are throwing a wrench into our homework?

SOMEBODY REMOVE THEIR AND THE DEMONCRATS INTERNET PRIVILEGES! Maybe the neighbors next door and the Anti-Trumpers too.

Preventing hotlinks is not unusual. Hosting often includes bandwidth charges. Hotlinking a photo in a high traffic sight can create major costs.
