CAPSTONE COMPANY

The parts to this dig will all be posted to post 5 of this thread, in keeping with the effort to isolate research and serious reports as much as possible.

I took the plea of Paradise Anon in post 87 for someone to “look into Capstone” seriously, and started to prepare for an unexpected dig.

PARADISE ANON STATED:

“…Capstone company needs to be completely investigated. I was told they were contracted by PG&E and working in the area for a couple of weeks previous to the event….”

AND

“I would bet the last dollar in my pocket that there will be a few contractors come through to purchase as much property as possible at this point…”

Before even starting the dive and doing work with the search engine, we can notice the name of this company: “CAPSTONE.”

This jarred me before I even got started, because we did a dive on that very topic some time ago, did we not? We looked closely at the “Pyramidion,” which by definition is a capstone to a Pyramid structure. The best known example of a capstone, or a pyramidion is what we see every day on our dollar bills - the capstone completing the Great Pyramid with the All Seeing Eye. We will not go into all of that symbology again.

Oh, and strangely enough, that dive also had to do with references Q made to guess what…..GOLD….and the pyramidion.

I actually did multiple digs on Q’s Gold topic, but the most recent one in my files was my post onto the thread dated 8/22/18. I posted that day, 8/22/18, 5:43:41 PM. I saved the post, but did not capture the link. My apologies for the lapse.

“What is Capstone?”

My first step had to be to just look and see what I could find about “Capstone Corporation CA.” Anon had not given much specific information, and there several possibilities of “Capstone Corporation” or “Capstone Company” listed.

Which “Capstone” company did Paradise Anon mean?

An obvious question would be, “What ‘Capstone’ is associated with PG&E?”

I found a story about what Anon had reported: that “Capstone Fire and Safety” had been hired as contractors to assist the crews of PGE. They have built a fire nerve center with some high tech view screens and monitors. A picture of this “nerve center” is at the link. This confirms that part of Anon’s report, and gave me more data to continue the dig:

The following snippet confirms the discussion about the law having been changed to allow PG&E to sue the government for damages from fires:

“…The utility also has filed a complaint against Sonoma County, claiming local government officials contributed to the destructive nature of the fires through what PG&E contends was inadequate urban planning and failures in emergency planning and lax enforcement of brush clearance rules, according to a document filed April 18 with the county. The claim reserves the right of PG&E lawyers to sue Sonoma County in the future.…”

And for information about Capstone’s role:

PG&E also has developed a new protocol for preemptively shutting down power during times of great high fire risk, a tactic used by San Diego Gas & Electric in the past but not PG&E.”

“Hogan said the company is creating maps identifying “microgrids” within communities so it can shut off power to targeted areas during high risk wind events, Hogan said. They are working with communities to identify key sites like a school where the utility company will maintain power so people have a place to go….”

It appears that Capstone Fire and Safety does have a connection to PG&E.

We have been learning that it is the web of personal relations and “charity” work, foundations, country clubs, secret societies, and Boards of Directors which connect the Power Elite at the pinnacle of the levers of power. Therefore, in our survey, it seems appropriate to at least document some of the connections openly touted on the Avetta web site. While the people named may be unfamiliar to one far away, those in California or who have connections to California may actually have some understanding of who they are.

Well, we learned above that they are an “INDUSTRY AFFILIATE.” I am not sure what an “Industry Affiliate” is, nor do I have a clear picture of what this one does as a company, since this is a world quite apart from my own experience… but others of you, I’m certain, may be able to find meaning in the following:

The have a similar profile of key industries in which we are learning that major skull duggery is occurring. I can’t say that these people are equated with, say, a CEMEX in the levels of being compromised, but it is possible that the following might entice someone to look into them a little deeper, just to rule it out.]

I looked at the web site, and what I was able to see was that it was a homeowner realty company. I looked to see if it had a commercial branch, and did not find one. I also looked to see if there was any kind of PG&E connection, but did not find it. I did not do an exhaustive search, though, and that the fact that I did not find those things does not necessarily mean they aren’t there.

Pursuant to the Agenda 21 theory of the motives behind the cause(s) of the fires, and based on what the Paradise Anon wrote, I kept thinking, would it not be an interesting factoid if there actually were a “Capstone Realty” poised to take advantage of the suffering of those people in Paradise and elsewhere.

I did not find such, but people in California might be motivated to watch and see if this company decides to change from a residential to commercial real estate company. Or to be hyper aware of who actually does swoop in to try to legally steal those properties, as suggested by P Anon.

So the paper written about “Nth Power Technologies” was ACTUALLY WRITTEN BY PG&E.

THIS GIVES US CONFIRMATION THAT CAPSTONE TURBINE HAS MAJOR TIES TO PG&E.

It also gives us names of people and corporations who might figure in future digs. Nice big hot pink to scarlet flag - as we know from Rothschild connections - for PG&E. But for our purposes, it appears that CAPSTONE TURBINE is firmly in that orbit as well.

It appears the Capstone Mining, active apparently in the Yukon, does have equipment and experience to deal with fires.

HOWEVER

When I went to the link, I got “Page Not Found”

Well, after all, the link described was from 2010. But the indication does seem to be that Capstone Mining, FWIW, DOES have some connection or interest in helping with fire management at some level.

When I sought to read the information from 2010 referred to in the search blurb as shown above, I was directed to the Capstone Mining.

For this relatively shallow dig, I was not able to make a direct connection of “Capstone Mining” to interests in California, as most that I read about them speak of their major interest in copper, and not much going on in the US, although I have seen it acknowledged in a general sort of way about US involvement - mostly pertaining to copper.

It is entirely possible that my understanding about how online want ads are constructed and used may have led me to think the want ad connected Capstone Mining and Capstone Fire and Safety when such a connection is unwarranted.

Or:

There really may be a possible implication is that Capstone Fire and Safety could very well be linked to Capstone Mining…. But this is a data dot only, and not proven. Again, the Californians watching this may very well find that there may be some actions on the part of this company with respect to Paradise that they do not seem to be acting on at this time. Or not.

I was unable to establish a solid connection showing this Capstone company’s possible California operations. This company deals in advanced technology which is proposed by some to have been used to start the massive fires. The job boards for the company show a lot of openings for that kind of work, but none that I could find for California. The job board was confusing because the day I looked at it, it stated in the heading that these were California jobs, even though the addresses give for the offices requesting the new employee(s) were in Virginia.

However, we should keep in mind that if a group of people are trying secretly to execute the Agenda 21 plans, as some are suggesting, they could be capable of misdirection as to where the jobs would actually take place. It is possible that some of the jobs listings based in Virginia, or elsewhere, could actually send their assets to California. The company and its employees after all are under bond of secrecy. “National Security,” you know.

What would be interesting to find, but I was unable to, would be if any of these Capstone companies are connected to each other, or to a single company. In other words, are some of these smaller “Capstone” companies in place, seemingly independent, but ready to be mobilized and melded into an overarching construct, called “CAPSTONE.”

At least two companies we’ve examined (Capstone Fire and Safety and Capstone Turbine) are indeed both connected to PG&E. The others are interesting, and because of the name “CAPSTONE” and associations they have…the functions and activities they engage in, the assets they employ, and the other patterns we have been witnessing in other corporate constructs in which there are very above board activities….yet finding that there is a dark underbelly, cause us to want to scrutinize everything.

We all want the underbellies of corporations we deal with to be squeaky clean, but these days, researching deeply in order to rule them out as miscreants will once more allow us to trust them.
