The Christmas Tree came from my state, NC, and the man on whose farm the tree grew said it was like winning the superbowl to be chosen for this honor!

The US News and World Report story about this event also said that this was the first time they could find that the President came out to welcome the annual Christmas tree delivery...usually it’s just the First Lady who does this.
