I was discussing with a fellow Conservative yesterday this narrative about Ginsberg's fall that supposedly broke 3 of her ribs & allot of things aren't simply adding up.
First of all over the years I have had bruised ribs & I can tell you that it hurt like no other pain!
How does an 85 year old frail Woman break 3 ribs, goes home and only shows up at the hospital several hours later because of the pain & is now released less than 30 hours later? Something here isn't passing the smell test!
I told my friend "I highly suspect that this is simply a cover story for some other greater medical condition such as her ongoing battle with skin cancer."
Having lived in the Washington DC Area all my life & two trips to George Washington Hospital Center myself, I'm fully aware of the hospital reputation for top notch cancer treatment as I suspect that as a youth my Father received cancer treatments there.
As I told my friend, "Unless Ginsberg is Wonder Woman (No we don't need that visual to all you clever Freepers out there) no one of that great age breaks 3 ribs(Why were no EMT summoned by her staff as she could have puncture a lung) simply is allowed to go home for a few hours & then either is taken to GWHC by her driver or drives there herself!
I agree with you that it seems unbelievable that she was able to return home so quickly. I’m guessing that she had hairline fractures on 3 ribs that were probably there before her latest fall and used this 3 broken ribs story to hide the true extent of her health.
Cover story for what? Is she going to live a day longer or a day shorter if her condition is reported accurately?
Fall? Or bone cancer?
Ive known bone cancers to eat through bones and the first warning was a fracture.
I too am familiar with the hospital. I was born there and have spent many hours with family members atGW hospital. It is very difficult to be discharged from that hospital. She must have had a private doctor with her every step of the way. I think this is fake like you say.it doesnt add up.
By a April, I believe she will be gone. This sets the stage.
Agree with your logic. Why would they let her go home. Serious complications possible with this in someone her age. Most little old ladies go to some sort of assisted facility for a while until they’re healed enough to actually go home.
Your scenario makes great sense. I broke one rib when I was much younger than Ginsburg. The pain in its aftermath was so great that my daughter called 911. Aside from the initial pain, it caused spasms which felt like a knot was being tied with my ribs. I think we may hear of Ginsburg’s sudden departure in the near future. That said, I join President Trump in wishing her well.
Two words: HAIRLINE FRACTURES no displacement of ribs.
Weekend at Ruthies
Ya see, Hillary wears an exoskeleton device under that blanket she wears all the time to keep her upright.
Out of the goodness of her heart, Hillary went to RBG's home to give her lessons on how to hide
her new exoskeleton under her Supreme Robe.
The Libs are DESPERATE to make her last until DJT is kicked out of office.
Ol' Ruthie is gonna make Weekend At Bernie's look like a cakewalk.
Not in the context used, no.
What we see above is the mistake of someone who
thinks that “allot” or “alot” has taken the place
of the words “a lot”.
If you don’t point this trash out, you get more of it.
“Allot” more of it.
Both my grandmothers shortly passed after minor falls but enough to break bones at their age. One, and maybe both if I recall, broke their hips, which is a lot worse than ribs. Darth Bader is so frail, that I know for sure she is at home and in a lot of pain, but I suppose it’s possible she’ll be ok.
I’d be shocked if she resigns under any circumstances. I can see her taking sick leave though the 2020 elections if she lives that long. She will use every last breath of hers to keep Trump from filling that seat.
She’s a tough old girl . . .

As the oldest justice, Ginsburg is closely watched for any signs of deteriorating health. She has bounced back from previous medical issues and has fallen twice before at her home, in 2012 and 2013, leading to rib injuries. She was treated in 1999 for colon cancer and again in 2009 for pancreatic cancer, but did not miss any argument sessions either time.
In 2014, doctors placed a stent in her right coronary artery to improve blood flow after she reported discomfort following routine exercise. She was released from a hospital the next day.

Great questions I never thought of that
Begin: Open Letter
Ruth - Ruthie - give it up. You’re _not_ going to outlast Trump ... take this as a sign to resign.
End: Open Letter
The pain must depend on which ribs are broken or something else. I broke two ribs in a car accident, and didnt even know it for several weeks. I finally noticed an odd sharp pain whenever I sneezed or coughed, but there was no discomfort at all otherwise. Thats why Ginsburgs story didnt seem odd to me.
Hey, TBM!!
Havent seen you here in a while. Hope you and yours have been doing good.
Because if you think what the Left did to Kavanaugh was crazy, wait until Ginberg takes a dirt nap.
All is good and Hello to you.
Old gumpers can break a rib just coughing.
