Since he mostly rallied for the Senate, he probably knew what was going to happen. Keeping the Senate was more important to approve more judges. Plus, whatever bills the House passes has to go through the Senate. I wish we had gotten a bigger majority in the Senate, because the problem there was with the RINOS, but Trump did the best he could do.
