Fox News Supports CNN In Lawsuit To Restore Jim Acosta’s White House Credentials.
The cable news network filed a lawsuit in DC District Court against Trump and top aides, including White House Chief of Staff John Kelly, Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders, and Deputy Chief of Staff/ Former Fox News co-president Bill Shine, as well as the Secret Service which took away Acosta’s hard pass that afternoon.“We intend to file an amicus brief with the U.S. District Court,” added Fox News’s Wallace in his separate statement. Notable, given that many Fox News Channel commentators have blasted Acosta’s aggressive Trump question-asking, including some who say Acosta’s credentials should be revoked.
Wallace’s remarks are in marked contrast to those of GOP Chairwoman Ronna McDaniel, who called CNN’s First Amendment lawsuit a “political stunt.”
As CNN said in court documents filed Tuesday, the White House denied Acosta’s application for a day pass on November 8, the day after his hard pass was revoked following the post-midterms news conference.
And during Trump’s weekend trip to Paris, the White House and the Secret Service continued to deny Acosta access to press events. That included a ceremony for which Acosta had acquired separate credentials from the French government, according to CNN’s lawsuit.

I just checked the NYT Election Results page - R’s have now lost 33 House seats with 9 undecided (guess which way those will go).
We’ve gained 1 Senate seat, so far.

Thats been going on for awhile. The pension liability will bring California down. I attended some meetings with CALPERS people, and their attitude is, the taxpayers can be forced to fund them, and when they can’t, the federal government will have to bail them out.

What fun to be in A-mer-i-ca!
SAN DIEGO -- People on the Mexican side of the border could be seen climbing the fence near Friendship Park Tuesday afternoon after part of the Central American migrant caravan arrived in Tijuana.
Several people scaled the fence and sat on top of it. A few jumped or crawled to openings in the fence onto U.S. soil but quickly ran back as Border Patrol agents approached.
Several border agents were seen patrolling the area in trucks, 4-wheelers, a helicopter and on horses.
The U.S. Border Patrol sent a news release stating it believes some of the people at the fence are from the caravan that's been traveling through Mexico from Honduras.

Old machines are not the problem here in #PalmBeach. A MASSIVE increase in ballots, due to expanded voting period to make time for fraud, is the REAL problem. If you say a word, they scream “suppression” & label you a bigot. Thus, politicians afraid to stop it #FloridaFraud

It’s just a matter of very little time, before they pull the whole fence down like the did on Mexico’s southern border.

I watched a video from a Mexican that followed them for an hour. I couldn’t understand everything they said, but I understood they all said they were from Honduras.
Apparently about 400 young men were given rides through Sonora so they arrived there quickly.

I absolutely love Trump, but he built his campaign on stopping illegal immigration, and has made endless threats & promises regarding the caravan. These invaders easily scaling this fence, with no repercussions are making Trump look bad. He needs to get this under control.

This is maddening.
I would shut down the entire border-no immigration—no Mexican trucks crossing the border.
The Mexican government and the cartels would have these people out of there in 24 hours.

When they empty out, we could just invade them, kill the remaining politicians and criminals, and make Central America Great.

I would shut down the entire border-no immigration—no Mexican trucks crossing the border. I would too, for starters.
If these people get through, all of Central America, and half of the rest of the world will be here
