So according to the NYP story...Ricardel had battled with Melania's staff during her trip to Africa over seating on the plane. Melania's team told the President that they suspected Ricardel was telling negative stories about Melania to the press. Apparently Ricardel is a friend of Bolten's. Also the article said Kelly and his No. 2 Zach Fuentes also believe Ricardel was feeding negative stories to the news media about them.

My BIL has been battling cancer for a couple of years. Yes, he was a heavy smoker. He lost his best friend this summer to cancer and he seemed to just give up.

My MIL make a fruit cake every year. My husband talks about it all the time. I'm always looking for a good fruit cake to buy for him. I'm not a fruit cake lover. My mom on the other hand would make her jam cake with caramel icing for Christmas. (carmel..our pronunciation)

I once ordered a fruit cake the Bushes ordered in the White House. My husband wasn't thrilled with the cake. But Collins seems to ring a bell. Maybe its his mother's memory and not necessarily the cake.
