I don't recall the particulars enough to say yea or nay but I suspect you are quite right because a LONG string of such incidents have dozens of markers of intel black-ops all over them. It's almost as though they've become too sloppy and cookie-cutter-ish.

Shooter:

--one or both parents in intel, CIA, black ops or other long term job role in highly classified stuff.

--psycho-active drugs for depression or some such.

--possibly MK-ULTRA type conditioning experiences early and extensively in childhood.

--fascination with violence--perhaps tweaked greatly up by deliberate black ops conditioning.

--loner behavior conveniently ignored or minimized as significant by parents.

--broken home with dad not around much. Serious Attachment Disorder

--OCD type focus on this or that topic, feature, aspect of life that has a nihilistic flavor to it.

--no healthy heart-to-heart connection with Dad or other healthy males.

--May have some dabbling history or interest in dark occult topics.

--seems to have long felt powerless, hopeless, estranged, neglected etc.

IIRC, there have been multiple reports that Soros has an almost blank check from the C_A to replenish his coffers with. I keep praying that Q’s prediction that a foreign military was going to be tasked with removing Soros from this time/space dimension—that that prediction would be carried out ASAP. Maybe he has to be lured to some overseas spot suitable for such.
