It doesn’t seem to matter if television shows have viewers or not. That market is VERY forgiving. It seems like a decent show or two can subsidize an entire propaganda campaign of crap that only the leftist faithful watches.

Perhaps this ratings inequality can be fixed legislatively. The first step is to install government control of which show is being received on which tv (or similar device). If there is still inequality after this program (possibly because people decide not to watch tv when the government tunes it to Baldwin’s show) then perhaps equality can be achieved is by forcing people to watch, or perhaps cutting the broadcast of shows watched more often, or maybe broadcasting the less popular shows to more tvs and devices...
