I did a little research on the matter of testing someone's DNA and I found this interesting article.

Talk show host Howie Carr tried to have a DNA test done on the cap of a pen Lizzy Warren chewed during a book signing.

The test failed because there wasn't enough saliva on it.

But in having the test performed Carr ran afoul of a Massachusetts state law that makes it illegal to run a test on an individual
for genetic information without their written consent.

I haven't been able to determine if there are only state by state laws or if there is a blanket federal restriction.

But, really, I didn’t know that, they do it all the time on the crime shows.

If affirmative action was only used for people from truly disadvantaged situations, it might have been quite effective. Places like Ivy League colleges, however, were (are?) more interested in statistics. Thus an AfA student with a doctor father and attorney mother would be accepted with below average scores. Such a student was unlikely to make big advances in achievement since he had already been in a good school and an educated family. A student from a disadvantaged family and a lousy school, on the other hand, might make great strides when he got into a fine academic situation.

The POTUS should pay Lizzy’s charity. He can really emphasize what a joke this is by paying $1,000,000.00 divided by 1,024....send them a cheque for $976.56. Worth every penny because it sends the message of how little native American she really is.

My husband was stationed there in Warner Robins in 1966 and 1967...US Air Force. I lived there myself until my husband went to Vietnam. Nice town...my husband coached a young baseball team of service kids. He and a couple generals were thrown out of a game once over a bad call...LOL actually it wasn't the real reason. (Umpire called the black player out at home plate..when he wasn't) My husband wasn't liked by the umpires because his top player was black and my husband took him out with the rest of his team after every game and bought them ice cream.
