Is It Time for Diane Feinstein NEEDS TO RETIRE?

Who is Kevin de Leon? Kevin a Democrat is running against Diane Feinstein in the upcoming CA primary in November. Diane has been a Senator for 26 years and is the "OLDEST" member of the Senate....a whooping 85 years old. Diane it's time to slow down and pack it in and RETIRE before dementia and other aging issues get to you. Look at the mess you and your staff made with the Kavanaugh SC nomination. One of the worst continuous mania investigations that our government has undergone in a long time. Shame on you. Diane your friend and colleague Barbara Boxer retired in 2017 at the age of 77. Barbara's slogan was "Barbara gives a Damn." But do you Diane "Give a Damn?" Diane it's time to retire. But wait, perhaps, the reason you refuse to retire is all about power and money, and making sure your husband Richard Blum keeps on target for his CA High Speed $100 BILLION Bullet Train contract. You know that Jerry Brown's Bullet Train (Train to Nowhere) is total a disaster . And, what ever happen to the FBI investigation into your Chinese spy driver of 20 years. The Democrats thanks to you and others have gone totally astray, Destroyed the Democrat party, and are no longer deserve the respect of the people. Yes, Diane, It's time to pack it in and retire. Kevin de Leon may not be the best replacement but it's your time to give it up.

Retire? I think not, she needs to be arrested/convicted/jailed!

ps:

I believe SOrozNazi probably funded the overt Nazi’s campaign as a “Republican” in an effort to deflect the public’s attention from the fact that Nazis (socialists as they are) are far leftists NOT Republicans....
projecting your own worst liabilities onto your political opponents is an old, tried, and alas ...often proven...tactic ...as we’ve seen with the leftist smear jobs against PDJT and Kavanaugh.

IMHO, DiFi needs to be retired, FOR SURE!>.... but NOT because she is any kind of dual citizen, as she almost certain is NOT that. That appeared to be just a G-damned Nazi in Republican drag.... trying to smear the GOP party brand even more than the GOP-E has already done it, alas.

GOP pick up?

No. It is California, we have a "jungle primary", the two top vote getters in the primary run in the general election. It is Diane Feinstein, Democrat, age 84, vs Kevin DeLeon, Democrat, age 51.

We have all had an up close look at Feinstein these past few weeks, and it has not been favorable. However, at her age she has at most only one term left in her. She may not even make it to the end of another 6 year term.

Kevin DeLeon will have all the craziness of Feinstein, plus he will openly be the Senator from Mexico. If he wins, he will probably be in office for the next 30 years.

“plus he will openly be the Senator from Mexico”

That’s correct.

Because he IS a Mexican citizen, or perhaps more correctly, Guatemalan.

Both parents were illegals when he was born.

It doesn’t matter that he was born in the US - which is very much in doubt, his mother lived in Tijuana - the status of the children of illegals has never been adjudicated.

Only a State Department directive to issue passports to them if they have a US birth certificate. The Wong Kim Ark decision may apply, and a footnote in the Plyler v. Doe decision as well, but...it’s never been adjudicated as I said.

De Leon should be taken to court to prove his citizenship. Because he’s not a citizen, and just because he insists he is doesn’t make it so.

It’s one thing to tolerate their presence up to a point. Entirely another to hand over federal power to them.

But de Leon has no seniority. It’s a fair exchange - queen for a pawn.

incidentally,

it would be interesting to find out if DiFi could even get Israeli citizenship, dual or otherwise

While her mother’s family was originally Jewish, it had converted to the Russian Orthodox Church long before DiFi was born. Based on just this limited info, DiFi was not “born Jewish” according to normal religious law. And, her lifetime associations with the Roman Catholic Church as well as “reform” Judaism (sorry, but she’s apparently a bit of a mixed case)....
would naturally cause the Israeli immigration authorities a bit of wonder, at least, and possibly they could turn her down at first blush. That is, her “Jewish status” does not appear to be at all clear, to put it as kindly as I can and based on the limited info we have here today.

Of course, she could still pursue an application for citizenship there...and who knows? maybe Jerusalem might grant it, eventually. or she could pursue an application for citizenship in Canada or Russia or UK or Kenya or whereever she might wish, even communist China where her damned spy chauffeur hails from.

But any application for Israeli citizenship, regardless of her Jewish status, would normally require that she immigrate to Israel. That would at least get her the Heck out of the Senate at long last (YIPPEE!) but...well, it is obvious to us all that she has NOT chosen to emigrate from USA to go live in ANY other country, anywhere else but.. alas San Fransicko, which many of us see as a very foreign country anyways.. ha!

She is A USA citizen, and so far as we know here... is not also a citizen of ANY other country. None.

so far as we know. any proof the contrary? fine, ok with me. bring it on. I doubt it exists, tho. She’s never lived in Israel and has stated no intention of ever moving there.

good point, and also de Leon might be useful in helping to discredit the Demagogues even further..... he is a nut.

Where would Chinese spies find employment without DiFi?

Aside from Feinswine wanting to take away our ability to protect ourselves with modern day basic firearms; she is a criminal and an idiot who kept a spy in her employ for 20 years feeding the Chinese information from one of the most powerful senators in our government.

That alone should put her in prison for the rest of her life which I think will probably be another 20 years at the rate she's going. Prison would shorten her lifespan though I think.

Then there's the scam she pulled on the Judicial Committee. This should put her away for another life sentence.

And what did she think she was pulling by cornering Lisa Murkowski like that in the hallway anyway? Feinswine is now and always has been pure 100% evil. She is like death herself. There is no punishment too harsh for what she has done IMHO.

(Actually I think Ford and she plotted this fiasco from the start. Maybe they can find evidence of that.).

Supposedly Ford had an interview with congresswoman Echoo on 20 July. She told Ford to write a letter, but Ford didn't write the letter until the 30th. Does anybody believe that Senator Feinstein didn't know about this for 10 days?

“Actually I think Ford and she plotted this fiasco from the start. Maybe they can find evidence of that.”

If anyone sincerely wanted to know the truth, the evidence and linking is out there. Dump their phone records, and their associates’ records, and learn who was contacting whom, and when, and the phones’ locations. Sadly, nobody who has power or authority to do that will bother to get to the bottom of this.

Maybe they need to be nagged to give a damn; I don’t know.

As a Californian I’m torn because I don’t want to give Senator For Life to de Leon either.

Y’all might suggest I vote for a third person rather than Feinstein or de Leon. I can’t. We have “top two” now and those are my “choices.”

But imagine checking “Feinstein” at the booth I can’t do it.

I guess I’ll leave it blank.
