I had 52-48, but on paper you’d think Heitkamp would have voted for confirmation at least to get to 53. Murkowski was lynchpin for DEMs. I interpreted POTUS saying “closer than anticipated” the same. BUT whether 50-48, 53-47, 52-48 or 50-50 ... those counts all include Flake voting AYE (uggh!). Kudos to the Turtle for steering (PUSHING!) it through and Chairman Grassley for auditing the books. When Lindsey Graham told JUSTICE K that it was the wrong time and the wrong place to have a fair hearing by DEMs, it was the right time and place for POTUS to go for the WIN. It was a well deserved and hard fought win for JUSTICE K & the Constitution :)

An entertainer who knows what his audience wants to hear. He was a never-Trump as well, but quickly got over it when it showed up in his ratings.

I can’t prove the ratings loss of course, but, an entertainer lives by them so it seems obvious. But I don’t think he’s deep state. Didn’t he marry a liberal?

I hope the white hats hold the scamsters accountable to remove any taint on the process. It ties right into everything else and exposing the FRAUD would be very helpful in many (ALL) regards IMO. Otherwise JUSTICE K got the last laugh when he was quickly sworn in yesterday ... my impression from the Sunday shows mockingbird spin this morning is that this defeat was crushing, stunning and totally unexpected. I don’t know what influences Limbaugh. I heard him give some discourses early on that saw very clearly what was happening with Mr. Trump and why. I think he’s in awe of the man, but I did hear a lot of people complain about his position toward him.

I don’t know about Levin or Shapiro or others like them (Bill Kristol for instance) being derps; I suspect they are wedded to certain ideologies and beliefs which they are loathe to give up. Why? Because they’d have to admit “I was wrong”, and people with inflated self esteem hate to admit they were ever wrong.

A person interested more in truth than anything else doesn’t mind admitting they were wrong; in fact, they thirst after truth.

Some may be monetarily influenced as well in various ways.
