I know one person who speaks like that. She must be in her 50s or 60s. The voice grates on my ears. The woman I know lives in Alabama.
Why do we not have one YouTube video of her speaking in her professor Ford status? Just one normal video of her teaching a class or something at her University!

The left had to get her on TV to generate the media hype and fake outrage.. I think that was the plan all along and she was a willing participant. If her lawyers didn't tell her about the private interview offer, her husband or her friend Monica certainly would have done so.
They knew it would blow her testifying apart so everything was scrubbed. It was all a con. Her friend was FBI, worked with Bharara in NYC. Pure con by experts. Grassley knew it when she sat down.

Yeah you are right. I have actually seen a senior academic talk in a similar way to a former Prime Minister. Having spent most of my working life at a University you do see the strangest things. I hope that is enough purgatory for me! :)
Psychology majors usually have to go back for their masters degree to accomplish two things. It gets them an increase in pay, and it gets them off of minimum wage. At this point, their student loan is off the charts, credit cards are maxed out, car is messed up, and your suite mates want you to pay your share of food and rent. Back to school for a phd!

Suspending my normal disgust with poorly shot, poorly edited, content free internet videos (see tag line, please), to note that this video is actually worth watching. One of my first thoughts is “WTF does she need two big dollar, high profile attorneys, one on each side of her, to “testilie” in front of Congress? But then phrased the way I just did it, the question answers itself.
