I don't believe there are any versions of the F-16 with two seats, I don't believe Daines is checked for solo in the bird and after meeting him a couple of times I think he's too tall for ejection seats anyway.

The B and D models of the F-16 are indeed two-seaters. Tandom orientation. I was a young engineer many years ago with General Dynamics in Fort Worth where until recently they build the F-16.
