Technically McConnell could convene the senate at 12:01am tonight. Then 1 hr later they could vote to end cloture. From there they have 30hrs for full vote. Could be as early as Sat morning at 8am. Might happen. I’ve only heard 1 person talking about this.

Motorcade arrived at Mayo Civic Center in Rochester, MN, at 5.49pm.
Small groups of Trump supporters, some waving American flags, lined the road out of the airport on the way to the civic center. Further along, small groups of people stood on the sides of the road taking pictures of the motorcade.
Approaching the civic center, groups of people lined the road, some with American flags and Trump signs.
One woman held a “vote no on Kavanugh” sign
