The person says that if Kavanaugh won’t accept the money, he’ll give it to a charity of Kavanaugh’s choice. He also said that he suspected that he wouldn’t hear from Kavanaugh until the nomination process concluded.

The only way to fix this is for those who lied and those who suborned perjury in this hoax of a confirmation fight have to go to jail. A real investigation should show the entire plot, from start to finish, and Blowsy will spill the beans when she is looking at decades of perjury charges. I find it to be human nature that we tend to adopt the main characteristics of those around us.
