I want to thank many of you who offered prayers and support today.
While posting in the Kavanaugh thread today I mentioned how inspirational it was to see him fight so hard for what he wanted.
Today my wife is in one hospital with kidney cancer. Tomorrow they will try to save her remaining kidney. My son is another hospital with brain cancer.
I have not had much good news lately but watching the Judge fight like that actually gave me hope. I see the same in my son and wife. They are both fighting every step of the way.
I remember one day in particular in late January. My son was on life support and they told us he was the most critical patient in the hospital and wasn't expected to make it through the night. He came out of it and went home a month later. He has been in the hospital many weeks since but he keeps fighting on.
So thanks to the Freepers who offered prayers and well wishes.
