I Missed my 20-year Anniversary on FR!

I just realized that I didn’t celebrate my 20th year anniversary with FreeRepublic! It was back in June.
Thank you, FR! You have been my go-to site in all times of trouble!
I will donate $50 right now to commemorate this belated anniversary!

I am 6 months away, so thanks for the reminder.

I had my 20th anniversary last December and I give $420 a year ($35/mo) to this site. I try to give a dollar a day and then a little extra. I urge every Freeper to give at least $5 a month through the automatic donation system. This would certainly bring the annoying quarterly fundraisers to a crashing halt.
One of these days, I may make a very large donation. I'm waiting for my ship to come in.
I was actually among the first 100 or so Freepers but my original handle was under my actual name. I changed it to SamAdams76 on December 9, 1997.

Mine is October 31, 1998. Another lady joined that same day, Lakey. We corresponded for several years and developed a great friendship. She has been gone now about six years. I sure miss her. We went through the Elisabeth Smart kidnapping and the Clinton garbage era together. She was more vocal than I was. I have kept a low profile and mostly just lurk these days.
