If Mr. Trump didn’t have a secret plan going on, it would mean he was doing nothing to confront the corruption if intelligence and law enforcement. Mr. Trump also has a personal policy, much like Gibbs, that he will never back down from a fight if he thinks he is in the right. Ergo, if he was truly stalemated as the world thinks he is, he would never have waited so long to act. He could have fired those clowns and faced the blowback long ago. Scooter Libby was a really good guy who had his life and livlihood completely ruined by these same guys (and hung out to dry by POS Bush). These guys did to him then what they are doing to Manafort, Papadopoulos, Page, etc. Only now, in 2018, they keep a non-violent, compliant man, Manafort, in solitary confinement for 23 hours a day for months upon end. I don’t know anyone who could survive these conditions without significant mental damage. How this government is different from a banana republic eludes me. Wait, maybe the difference is they cover up their tyranny with nice little rationalizing sound bites.
