I slowed it down to 1/4 speed and watched closely. I don’t think anything happened.
To me it looked like she had a piece of paper in her left hand, then she shook hands, then transferred it to her right hand. So no transfer of anything.
JMO.
I think we are all on heightened alert to spot ANYTHING remotely suspicious. Sometimes it’s nothing. I’d suggest a few more pairs of eyeballs on it to see if you see what I saw.
The handshake was a little funny. Watch Pence after he passes behind Trump you can see him pick up the side of his pocket flap and slip something into his right pocket.
There was an exchange. Watch again after Pence crosses behind POTUS. He has a slip of paper in his hand which he places in his jacket pocket.
Could be innocuous. Maybe a written prayer for the VEEP.
