Sessions is properly recused. He's out of the picture. He is not providing cover for anything but the rule of law.

Law is supposed to cut both ways. Dishonest people make it cut in their own favor. IMO, the system is run by dishonest people. It's tough to root that out, and tempting to discard principle in the process.

I just think somehow the arrogance, power-mongering etc. MUST be short-circuited wholesale and persistently.

And, perhaps, every 15-20 years or so, a significant portion of the laws must be significantly altered 'merely' because the creativity of evil people to neutralize the laws increases the longer the laws are in place. It MIGHT be workable to, therefore, alter (again via a common citizen think-tank of wise, humble, bright etc. vetted folks)--to alter a major portion of the law often enough that those who would neutralize it would have to start over with their scheming, power-mongering manipulations.

Here is the origin of the choice to put in this kind of memorial, as opposed to earlier ideas under discussion of equestrian statues (two already existed) or a tomb.

In 1854, its name was changed to Fort Kearney, Nebraska Territory. It was so named in honor of the famous commander and Indian fighter, Phil Kearney, and was known by the overland freighters as new Fort Kearney, on account of the old fort at Nebraska City, bearing the same name.

Thank you for that comment. My MIL was from Germany. No clue what Hitler was up to. I remember when you tube was open, there was a video of Germans being taken to a death camp. They honestly didn’t believe this could be going on. The walk in was one of laughter and jokes. The walk out was one of crying and vomiting. The average German had no idea what Hitler was doing, much like the average American has no idea what deep stat is doing. We need to wake them up.

What about the current Lt. Governor in Az?

Google just taught me that Arizona doesn't have a Lt. Governor. When necessary, the Secretary of State takes over the Governor's role. The current SoS is Michele Reagan (no relation to the former President). She's a pro-choice Republican and supports same-sex "marriage".

Some writer suggested Ducey's chief of staff, Kirk Adams, as a reasonably conservative placeholder until someone, perhaps Ducey himself, is elected. Ducey could appoint himself, but that would be unseemly, and I suppose it would elevate Michele Reagan to Governor.
