There is more on the video after the Q quote. The “campaigned on” part. “Really” should have been in there, but I focussed on the word “campaign.”

This is the SDNY prosecutors basically saying “This payment to Stephanie Clifford was a contribution by Michael Cohen to the Trump election campaign because WE say it is.”
I thought the SDNY situation was corrected by Team Trump. Wha hoppnd?
That really made me wonder what is going on with SDNY ... does POTUS have his folks in place there or is it still hopelessly corrupted and there are ops in place to help ferret these things out ... it’s all murky! TBD ;)
