I do not think it is by happenstance that he is out of the country at this time. All H377 is breaking loose, and there he is at his club in Scotland, pretty as you please!
When domestic mayhem occurred some months ago, Q pointed out to us that the POTUS was safe and out of country. At least that is what I seem to be recalling.
