Summary:
Planned parenthood is against the nominee because pro-life groups are for him.

He’s got some big liberal radical enemies. That helps indicate this is a good choice, doesn’t it?

Remember that woman doctor secretly filmed wanting the abortion staff to be careful not to do “crunchy” abortions because the sales value of baby parts taken apart are lowered if not kept whole? She wanted the money for a Lamborghini.
Exactly why are good people supposed to listen to their political advice about the Supreme Court nominee?

I'm thinking that the "worse" that such a court would or could do is to return the nation to a pre-
Roe status, where some states would restrict or completely ban abortion, and other states would allow it. Since the practice is firmly ensconced in this country by decades of forced allowance, I'm betting that not as many states would ban it as before
Roe was decided.
Leftists could simply move to one of the various slaves states were the unborn are not even considered 3/5ths of a human.

The takeaway from all this “sky is falling rhetoric” is that Liberals think Supreme court Judges are supposed to legislate from the bench and achieve Liberal objectives rather than uphold the Constitution & our system of checks & balances. They fear that Conservatives will act as the Left has acted.
The Liberal Judges of the past decades have succeeded in warping: the rule of law, the primacy of State jurisdiction in matters not given to the Feds and have legislated morality not in agreement with our history or with the majority’s beliefs. They have placed American values under attack by tortured & fanatical interpretation of the Constitution. It is no wonder the Left is frantic with fear, they are about to be undone if we revert to Justice, Unbiased, Equal under the Law & in line with the Constitution.
In summary the thief cries thief and Liberalism is indeed a mental disorder.

Abortion issue a sham...It'll gho back to the states where it belongs.
Same thing with gay marriage which is just as important.
We're messing with children's heads on sex and marriage and life.
Tragedy!!
To: tcrlaf
Silly feminist!
As someone has pointed out in another thread, Brett is an XY.
No wonder the Left is onboard with genderism since their grasp of science is so shaky.

I think MORE states would restrict abortion. Polls say otherwise??
The problem is we've been trying to pound it into people's heads that it's some kind of right...The right to kill?? It's an absurdity.
To: Morgana
What "devout" Catholic can deny the simple logic of Mother Teresa, who, at the National Prayer Breakfast in Washington, DC on February 3, 1994, stated: "And if we accept that a mother can kill even her own child, how can we tell other people not to kill one another?"
To: Sacajaweau
I’d hope you’re right, and maybe our more advanced medical knowledge about the unborn would lead laws more in the direction of reality.
