What if Snowden was still a Clown?
Why would it be important he was in Russia?

Q
It is, and on the thread that day/next day we really ran that pic down. CIA shop.
I was looking at that also a little while ago. At first I was comparing what the guy was wearing in both photos to see if it was the same and couldn’t tell for sure.
Then I looked at the street. The older post has umbrellas with street vendors lining the length of the road. The recent drop has vehicular traffic. Perhaps they close the street down for weekends or holidays and open it up for the vendors?
Is he saying Snowdon is still a spook?
A FReeper further up the thread said the bottom photo is Canton and Nelson Streets. The top photo is Portland and Hamilton. If you go to Google earth, the markings on the street (or lack of) match up along with buildings down the street. Just FYI.
Now I get to criticize your post Hall Monitor.
Explain why you think these two locations are the same.
Show me on a map. Give me a link.
Show me photos before and after, same angle, of this corner with and without those carts and none traffic.
Or do we just trust your word?
Back up your claim if you are so sure.
Now if you did find the correct location, thank you for your ‘help’.
Then we can find out the who and the why a little easier.
Waiting for your “help”.
If you look at the Curved building in each picture, the windows on the top picture go around the curve. This picture was taken at China Town, Portland Street, Yau Ma Tei, Kowloon, Hong Kong.
(I would post the photos here but I am working id from Stock photos and don’t have much of a budget.)

Search: “street setting at China Town, Portland Street, Yau Ma Tei, Kowloon, Hong Kong, China, Asia” )
In the bottom picture the curve is bricked in. The bottom picture is of buildings in the Mong Kok neighborhood of Hong Kong not far from the Langham Place hotel.

(Alas, I lost the particular search term!)
This is a One way street. The picture is taken from inside a vehicle. You can see the vents reflected in the windshield. Whose Vehicle? One of Ours?
There are 2 signs that I can read—they are in English—SFALO has a sports merchandise store. The other a Kindergarten. I tracked SFALO a bit. Not certain there is any connection.
Does not appear to be Ed Snowden, unless he shaved his beard and part of his head. Then, maybe. The suggestion is that he may be taking a trip on UAL?
No, the fenestrations of the building with the curved corners and window types and balconies on the other buildings don't match at all.
