If you look at the Curved building in each picture, the windows on the top picture go around the curve. This picture was taken at China Town, Portland Street, Yau Ma Tei, Kowloon, Hong Kong.

In the bottom picture the curve is bricked in. The bottom picture is of buildings in the Mong Kok neighborhood of Hong Kong not far from the Langham Place hotel.

This is a One way street. The picture is taken from inside a vehicle. You can see the vents reflected in the windshield. Whose Vehicle? One of Ours?
There are 2 signs that I can read—they are in English—SFALO has a sports merchandise store. The other a Kindergarten. I tracked SFALO a bit. Not certain there is any connection.
Does not appear to be Ed Snowden, unless he shaved his beard and part of his head. Then, maybe. The suggestion is that he may be taking a trip on UAL?
