One is the same POTUS schedule account with oocasional Q-ish statements, one is 0vomit’s schedule, one is comments on Trumps, and one is a Trump Schedule BOt without details. I think the POTUS Schedule twitter is authentic.
There were four results if you search POTUS schedule on Twitter I posted them above.
I don’t doubt that it is the president schedule but I have not seen confirmation that it isn’t just posted to Twitter like anybody could do.

There is no other POTUS schedule with that detail; the only other POTUS schedule is a bot schedule with very little info.
