Lookup the federal statute for treason, sedition, subversion.
Treasonous behavior exhibited by persons not under an oath of allegiance is sedition.
Treasonous behavior exhibited by persons under an oath of allegiance is treason.
Treason is punishable by death as stated in the statute. It doesn’t mean an automatic death sentence but it’s possible.
Sedition is not punishable by death although a seditious act accompanied bu other crimes such as murder can result in a death sentence.
The point is that those who pledge an oath of loyalty to the United States and are convicted of charges of treason, these persons may be sentenced to death. This makes treason a capital crime, higher than all other crimes in its category. It is the Oath that differentiates it.

Interesting interweaving of thoughts but no idea where it leads.
During dark or frustrating moments I’ve thought similar things. I’ve even kept a list of data and ideas arguing against Q. Then I’ve considered the counter arguments to those points. (Hint: Q wins.)
If Q has taught us only ONE THING, it’s that we should think for ourselves, do the research, not allow ourselves to be spoon fed info by others. That would include doing the research about Q. We shouldn’t look to Q as the “god” of true info. In fact, Q has even said that there would be some disinformation in his posts.
I think the point of Q was to wake up a sleeping and gullible public that has been fed lies for decades. That is a GIGANTIC task. How would you do it? How would you convince someone, for example, that a certain major historical event that we are not allowed to discuss here was far different from what the government/MSM had told us? One way would be to get people to look into it on their own. Get them to argue about it. Teach them how to argue in such a way that FACTS are the only thing that matters.
One advantage that 8ch has over FR is that people are even MORE anonymous. So no one can say “I have a Ph.D. so listen to me and take my word for it.” No one can say “I have inside info so listen to me and take my word for it.” (Well, Q kind of said that, but in general....) The anons bicker for GOOD reason. They bicker to get the truth out. We’ve also learned about the techniques that the DS uses to troll, cast doubt, insert lies. We are MUCH more aware of those techniques and much more likely to be able to spot them and reject them. We know how and when trolls operate just from watching here on FR.
In fact, I am keeping my eye on cherry as a possible troll. That’s not an accusation. Time will tell. But one trolling technique is to spread doubt and encourage others who doubt which is exactly what cherry has been doing. How do you recognize real doubt (we all have it sometimes) from fake doubt? It takes time and a posting history. The upside of concern trolls is that they force us to hone/improve and back up our arguments!
The other side of the concern troll coin is the troll who shows up and insists he knows better than you and tries to shout down your arguments. They do that in a disruptive way. They don’t argue with facts. They just attack.
So for doubter out there (and I have been one at times), do your homework!!

Those in the military are subject to UCMJ, a diffent body of law. See UCMJ Article 104 for aiding the enemy.
I have always thought those adoptions were suspect. But originally, I thought the kids were merely props in order to get publicity. Now I wonder if there was more to it.

Oh, can I identify with your statement! I wish I had back the time I put into chanting in DC “Get out of Cheney’s house!” The husband and I and one of my sons stood in the cold to watch GWB sworn in — I cried tears of joy and relief — and to watch the inaugural parade. We were snookered.

That tells me that a large portion of the public will believe almost anything. So if 30% say Kenya, then I’m assuming that a considerable portion (probably well over 30%) say “not Kenya”. One of those groups has to be wrong! Either way, at LEAST 30% of the population is wrong on a basic fact.
I consider myself a “birther” in the sense that I am 100% convinced we have not seen the BC.
I am agnostic on the topic of where. I am confident he’s hiding something. The where? The parents? The date? Something else? IDK. But there is something he’s hiding and some reason he’s hiding it.
I would not be surprised to find out that 0vomit was born in Kenya. I would also not be surprised to find out he was born in Hawaii. I WOULD be surprised to find out that what was on his purported BC was all true.
At any rate, the BC issue is just ONE issue where if Trump/Q can provide hard evidence that we’ve been lied to by DS/MSM, the DS narrative starts to crumble and trust in the MSM starts to crumble.
Start adding in a few more obvious and provable lies and the whole house of cards starts to fall.
My concern: Is there anything we can use as a foundation for our knowledge of history that isn’t tainted? When the house of cards falls, there is no foundation to build from. Everything is called into question.
A certain mass “shooting” with 28 dead. Produced no bloody foot prints outside the kill zone. NOT possible! Also source near the place reported no ambulances responding.

Defcon, I am just using my common sense. They appear contrived. When doing our yard work, my husband and I can sometimes look like a crime scene, both end up covered in blood, sweat, grime and tears (tears-just me), no tears from hubby, is tough guy. I just wonder how in the name of Zeus’ butt can all those people trotting around the shooting yesterday be so clean, hair in place, no blood splatters, organized, no hysterics. None of the people I saw looked like they had just seen the many bodies of people mowed down with shotgun blasts. I am still digging into all these shootings. Am finding some truly weird coincidental things and we know what Q says about coincidence. Shootings like at Parkland School and their Airport the year before would certainly put Parkland on track for MAJOR BUDGET INCREASES. Doesn’t Q say follow the money? DS can go sell FF’s to someone else. Q says enjoy the show. I believe that’s what I’m watching. One more thing why can’t I find SCR in the SSDI? Freaking weird.

WASHINGTON (AP) — The National Security Agency said Thursday it is deleting call records after “irregularities” caused it to collect records it was not authorized to receive.
The agency released a statement saying it began deleting records in May after “analysts noted technical irregularities in some data received from telecommunications service providers.”
The records date back to 2015 and were obtained under the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act.
The statement added that “the root cause of the problem has since been addressed” for future call record collecting.
