This guy says he was on the plane. They weren’t supposed to use their phones. 10 heavily armed guards boarded the aircraft. Repeated the comm malfunction. Towed back to gate.

That certainly looks like an atypical scenario when they have radio problems on the plane. Happens all the time.

FWIW, we all thought that initially Lynch had been promised Scalia’s seat when we were seeing references to “ AS” and “187” and “tarmac.”
But not too long ago Q updated us all on the misconception we had been having that Lynch was promised Scalia’s seat.
Note that in drops #1149 and #1161, Q indicates that it is actually Ginsberg’s seat that had been staked out for Lynch.
Obama had already nominated Merrick Garland for Scalia’s seat. Hillary may not have had the ability to give away that seat cause perhaps it was already spoken for or part of the deal was that O go to pick that one.
