Crescent Petroleum CEO Majid Jafar, who is Hamid Jafar’s son and Dr. Jafar’s nephew, co-launched a Dubai-based educational initiative called Business Backs Education with former President Bill Clinton. Majid Jafar and Bill Clinton were photographed together in Dubai in March 2014, six weeks before the secret Project Pelican deal was announced and shortly after Dr. Jafar’s other nephew Badr Jafar, the chairman of Gulftainer’s executive board, visited the Obama White House.

Six weeks later, and only seven days after long-time Clintonista-turned Obama Treasury Secretary Jacob ‘Jack’ Lew flew to the UAE to meet with Emirati officials to discuss foreign investment in U.S. “infrastructure, real estate, and security.” The secret Project Pelican deal that put Gulftainer at Port Canaveral was announced and signed without prior notice or public discussion, bypassing Florida’s open bidding and sunshine laws.

Business Backs Education is funded by the Varkey GEMS (Global Education Management Systems) Foundation, which, according to its own website, secured $70 billion in commitments to the Clinton Global Initiative. Seventy billion dollars divided by the 2,300 pledged donor commitments put toward that sum equates to an average individual commitment of $30.4 million. Gulftainer is the Iraqi Jafar family’s UAE-based ports company that is tightly connected to Russia and Saddam Hussein’s nuclear weapons programs.

In 2014 the Obama administration awarded Gulftainer with a 35-year lease to Florida’s Port Canaveral cargo container terminal in a secret deal code-named “Project Pelican.”

In 2011, Gulftainer affiliate Crescent Investments partnered via a Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Russia’s state-owned power station operator and electricity import-export monopoly Inter RAO UES.

At that time, Inter RAO UES was a subsidiary of Russia’s Rosatom State Atomic Energy Corporation. Rosatom is the Russian company that purchased Uranium One.

Rosatom controls Russia’s sprawling nuclear weapons production complex.

The Crescent Group Chairman and Gulftainer co-owner Hamid Jafar and his brother and business partner, rogue Iraqi nuclear physicist Dr. Jafar Dhia Jafar, were both deeply involved in Saddam Hussein’s massive top-secret uranium enrichment and nuclear weapons programs.

Port Canaveral is critical military infrastructure and a major U.S. port integral to U.S. national defense and space security.

Port Canaveral is adjacent to NASA’s Kennedy Space Center and Canaveral Air Force Station, where American spy satellites are launched.

Gulftainer’s Port Canaveral cargo container terminal sits a few hundred yards from a U.S. Navy Trident nuclear submarine base.

Jafar’s Gulftainer has entered into a joint venture with Russia’s state-owned weapons manufacturer Rostec. Rostec exports Russia’s Trojan Horse Club-K cargo container cruise missile launch system through Rostec’s wholly-owned subsidiary Rosoboronexport.

The Club-K is designed to look identical to standard cargo containers. The Club-K allows Russia and her rogue regime allies stealth access to the United States. The Club-K bypasses early-warning systems by launching Russian Kalibr cruise missiles armed with nuclear, EMP, or conventional warheads from cargo ships off U.S. shores or from trains, trucks, and riverine boats inside every hamlet in America.

Obama and the Clintons are up to their necks in this one, selling national security for personal gain.

It would seem, though, that someone posting a helperanon comment can't be positive it's a legitimate helperanon's words. So it could be just misinformation or noise.

At any rate, it is important for anyone posting what looks like a Q drop to identify its source on our Q threads. Failure to do so can result in too much confusion, which, as we have seen on this thread, can even lead to rancor and needless bickering.
