You do realize that below 80 is borderline retarded and below 70 IS retarded.
This picture gets even more frightening if one plots out the normal distributions implied by these means and then sees what fraction of the population has an IQ over some threshold, e.g. 120, 130, or 140, which will be the fraction of the population that can do very highly complex tasks.

These IQ studies have been done many times. Some times Israel is not shown as an island in the middle east among the musmoron average countries surrounding them.

I saw a list done by the UN in maybe the late 50s. It wasn’t just countries but basically the same as this one.
One interesting one was the highest of all was the White population of Southern Rhodesia. Other high ones were Israel and Scotland.
Of course the usual suspects such as Japan were way up there too.
There are 4 blue shaded key squares, but 5 blue shades on the countries. See around Mongolia for instance. Somethings amiss.

I don’t believe the numbers for the bottom 5. No subpopulation has an IQ that low. They either have such a small sample size as to render the numbers meaningless, or there is a language barrier for the people taking the test.
