Hey! When I searched this name! I came up with a link that indicated that a man by the same name in NY was alleged to have sexually abused people in a NY prison. Now the link says I am not authorized to see it. WTH? Anybody? Or am I just wasting my time on this thread?

A Statute of Limitations is ‘tolled’, legally meaning suspended, if there is an indictment including a sealed indictment.

If there is an indictment, the SOLs are tolled, the clock stops or is suspended. When the indictment leads to a trial, SOLs are made moot by a conviction or acquittal.

There are thousands, tens of thousands of sealed indictments, an unprecedented number historically. Nothing like it has been seen before.

There will be no prosecution for treason or even sedition of any Deep State actor based on what we know now. That’s why political will is important (and seemingly absent) in timely prosecution of any of the Deep State actors for anything.

It’s a political question, and no one in charge is going there.
