Hey! When I searched this name! I came up with a link that indicated that a man by the same name in NY was alleged to have sexually abused people in a NY prison. Now the link says I am not authorized to see it. WTH? Anybody? Or am I just wasting my time on this thread?

Must be someone else with the same name. A google search for Richard P Donoghue comes up with:
