Alex Rodriguezs nephew was kidnapped and held for ransom in a New York City hotel early Thursday after a deal involving two people and a $600,000 Lamborghini went bad.
Norberto Susini, 29, who plays in independent baseball leagues, met two men identified as Lamin Vucetovic, 33, and Anthony Gilkes, 30, in Manhattans Times Square to sell them the luxury vehicle, police told FoxNews.com.
Gilkes and Vucetovic reportedly drove Susini to the Marriott Marquis, but then demanded Susini return a $35,000 deposit. The men then allegedly held Susini against his will in the hotel room.
Police said the pair then called Susinis business partners and demanded a ransom and the car in return for the baseball player. The business partners called police instead, The New York Post reported.

Rodriguez, a star with the Seattle Mariners, Texas Rangers and New York Yankees, has not yet addressed the incident on his social media accounts. And if he is smart, he won't.

If Susini went to the Marriott willfully to seal the deal, then no kidnapping, only false imprisonment because they held him there against his will and he apparently was unable to safely escape.

Susini is 29, has a $600,000 car and “business partners”, while playing some minor league ball?
There is ALOT more to this story, IMHO. If he’s lucky, the back story won’t come out, and he still has time to turn his life around.

why is this breaking news? Is the nephew a relative of Rush or any conservative? When my Corvette was stolen, do you mean it was supposed to be in breaking news?

How about the ransom demand? Looks like extortion and conspiracy as well as false imprisonment.
