Yes, there is still not much info out there on him.
The cardinal is on her nest.
Only thing I’m seeing today re: RR is this:

That’s because you can follow posts and replies by clicking on the link who the person is replying to. Something I wish was implemented here. I’d pay for that.
I just caught a glimpse, says law about level of criminality is too vague.
So, Congressvermin, make a nice tight law!
Rosenstein tells lawmakers he needs more time before handing over Comey memos
Shocking
Law. Congress needs to find its spine and make a good, tight, exact law about which crimes will make it so legal immigrants have to leave! Congress is the one that is bad, not Gorusch or how ever his name is spelled. IHMO....
It’s just after 12 noon ET, the day is not over. :-)
I think Gorusch is fine. Congress is NOT!
From link above:
Typically misleading anti-Trump headline. Gorsuch ruling mirrored Scalia’s 2015 ruling in a similar case that ruled “crimes of violence” is unconstitutionally vague. If anything Gorsuch was upholding Scalia’s brand of judicial conservatism and limiting government overreach. A good synopsis of what really happened can be found here.
You can, in the replies line “To 479” is a live look-back link.
JimRob will appreciate your donation....
Cool, wonder how many deputy directors he has? :-)
Look at it this way. If the law is vague (ie, not spelled out clearly), then any time a legal immigrant is tossed out because of commiting a crime, the ACLU and every commie pinko pro-immigration group in the US will hammer the courts with mewling and puking cases and clog up the works.
Congressvermin need to make it crystal clear who gets booted out.
Just one, I guess................

With respect to this case,I think Thomas is better as are the 3 other SCOTUS that joined him. The wise Latino agrees with you about Gorsuch. I agree with you about congress.
Sorry, but after being found guilty of burglary twice, that’s enough for deportation, and according to FBI definitions robbery is a violent crime.
Glad to help!
no distinction between robbery vs. burglary ?
