Wow. I waited ALL SEASON to see Negan finally get what is coming to him. Let down. Figures.
Rick and Michonne say they are going to keep him prisoner in a cell and let him watch as they rebuild civilization. Bad idea as someone in some future episode will let him out and he will get some of the Saviors who survived and start rebuilding his group.
Agreed the writing on the show is just horrible now. Rick is just constantly flip flopping. Kill. Don’t kill. Kill. Don’t kill. He’s a walking hypocrite and I wish team Maggie would kill him and Machone. Keeping Negan alive is the dumbest thing and I think I’m done with the show.
Me too. Talk about a crappy ending. They killed off Glen and saved Negan? Yuck.
I finally got to watch the season finale today and like you, am disappointed. I've been waiting since the bastard first showed up to get his just desserts. I can't imagine how Rick and Michonne expect to keep Negan alive, in light of all the people he's killed, and lives he's destroyed. I'm about ready to pull the plug on this series. Someone on this thread said that Negan stays alive in the comic, but people have also said that the TV series hasn't been true to the comic in other cases. I don't know if I can handle all this bleeding-heart liberal, hunky-dory crap. Every single Savior should have been killed, starting with Negan, and including Eugene. He's a worthless POS.
