If a Terminator pours coffee in your lap, who's to blame? The Terminator or Skynet? Who the hell knows at this point.
Quick question: If a Terminator traveled back in time and accidentally spilled hot coffee on your lap, who would you sue? The Terminator or Skynet.
Tricky question, and one that European lawmakers are .
The issue is with a report from the European Commission, , that suggests creating a "legal status for in the long run" so they could be "responsible for making good any damage they may cause".

Huh? Robots are machines. Liability belongs with the owner and the owner’s insurance.

One of the most important goals of God’s enemy is to eliminate the concept of individual intent, or will.
Can’t be done of course, but many can possibly be convinced to believe the lie.
The will of the individual is the substance of sovereignty—it’s what nobody else can touch if you don’t let them.
(Of course robots don’t have it, silly European Commissioners.)

What if she cuts your peenie off accidentally? Probably better for the Acme Sex Robot co to just every great once in a while have to pay off a 8 figure settlement, right?

“Robot” is a social construct. If they identify as a person then that should settle that matter. PS. Those on the other hand are products of conception and not persons at all.
