Go re-watch the second debate where The Donald told Cankly McStinkypants that, "she'd be in jail." Look at her face immediately after. That was the exact moment when the wheels started turning on this Russia/Mueller strategy.

I think Hillary’s wheels were engaged on this Russian/ Mueller thing LONG before the debate.... but I will grant that that moment is perhaps the moment she realized that she might not be in an invulnerable position.... and HAD to go balls to the wall Russia operation.
