Greatest debate line ever, but a mistake. He tried to walk it back later by saying he wasn't going after Hillary, but it was too late. Her preemptive counter-attack was in the works. All this Russia/Mueller bogus stuff is designed to eat up time and make any Trump attacks look like retaliation or "obstruction of justice."

I'm not 188% convinced that she wouldn't have pulled this without The Donald telegraphing his intent during the debate with that line and the "I'd appoint a special prosecutor to look into..." line, but it's a possibility.

But we already know this, right?
