I am wondering if the Cabal is not really interested in WW3. No need for that so long as you are making massive profits from regional wars. That way, they can keep them contained and away from wherever they are living.
I’m guessing the top reason for the Cabal to instigate WW3 would be population control. Most of these people think there are way too many people in the world. A world war would fix that. But in the nuclear age, they risk massive destruction of things they might prefer to preserve. Or not? Who knows? It’s hard to imagine what goes on in their evil heads.
Long term damage to nature would be insignificant, IMO. Some spots unliveable for maybe 50 years. See Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Are people living there?
The cabal depopulation endgame enables them to “replay” the whole age of exploration/empire building/conquest all over again. The world would essentially be their playground with caches of resources, technology and holdouts scattered about.

We are just seeing a repeat of history as told in the Bible. Particularly the first Anti Christ - Nimrod. A plan that has failed a number of times since then.
Here’s a quote from Albert Pike which expresses it pretty well, I think:

At this point, they will install their beast system, anti Christ, and the deceiver will try to rule the Earth.
