Speculation that I have seen is that it is a message from Q related to nabbing Snowden.

That was an FBI Anon adding a Q to his Anon as the answerer to "Q"uestions in an Ask Me Anything give and take. The style and word usage was entirely different than our Q we see today.

From what I’ve gleaned, I totally agree with you. And there was more than on FBI anon with different style/type of message, at least more than one.
