Utah State Bar officials are horrified after sending out email blast on Monday that included a photo of a topless woman, according to the bars communications director.
The message, sent to all active Utah lawyers, was intended to promote the bars spring convention, report the Salt Lake Tribune, the Deseret News and Above the Law, which posted the email and the nude photo here. The email also included photos of a clothed Lady Justice statue and a rock formation.
The bar followed with an email about 20 minutes later from the bars IT director that said: Apparently we have an email sent that has an offensive image on it. I deeply apologize for this and am investigating the cause.

So the problem is what exactly? 8>)
Need it be said?
Was she riding on top of a car?
They finally linked to abovethelaw which shows the image.
Well.. uh.. apparently whoever composed the email had their collection open and grabbed or saved the wrong image into the wrong location.
The problem is, they failed to identify themselves as The Topless Bar Association.
Yes it was, riht here
How many posters won’t notice the kind of ‘bar’ being talked about here?
8>) Good one!!!
Just saw the pic. I’d say 100% not guilty
I clicked on some links and saw it. I have no objections, your honor.
Horrified at the horrendous boob job that girl paid good money for.
In Texas it is PERFECTLY LEGAL for that woman to walk around town all day long, like that. But, she might get a bit cool, in the Winter.
Russians!.............................
AFter looking at the evidence, I have determined that we will need many more pictures of the female in qwuestion to assess the accuracy of the complaint before us.
The picture of “Lady Justice” at the top of the email is rather revealing as well. Her gauzy, diaphanous Greek dress doesn’t leave anything to the imagination.
That was wonderful! You have a great wit.
I assume that it’s the picture of Lady Justice that offended the lawyers.
