If there really is a special place in hell for women who dont help each other, lots of women may sadly be headed there.
Thats according to a new study out of the University of Arizona, which found significant incidences of women-on-women rudeness at work.
As women are reporting less satisfaction at work, companies will have to work to create a healthier environment that helps sustain the company in the long run, Gabriel says.

Another reason that if I started a business, chances are I would not be hiring women. Blame Feminists.
It’s cosmic justice and irony all wrapped up in one that women who pushed men out of the workforce now find that dealing with other women is worse than the men they got rid of.
It’s like when a country gets rid of its Jews and imports Muslims instead - there are no good outcomes.
Any man who would hire a woman in this environment has a hole in his head.
So true. I once had a boss so bitchy that when she was an hour late one day I wondered if she was dead and was so happy. I realized right then that she was breaking me down and for my mental health I was going to have to make a change. Luckily she quit.
“Another reason that if I started a business, chances are I would not be hiring women. “
Some, but very few. Most women are just too prone to gossip and childish politics.
Robotics...
All I will say on the matter is that it only takes one bitch. Just one.
I am the only male in a department with 4 females. One bitch can create 3 more bitches with relatively little effort.... My participation is not even necessary.
I call that “headphones day.”
Liberals say that we have to give moral weight to the most upset/hurt (or person who seems that way) person.
This helps women who cry or get upset and essentially tantrum to get what they want.
The tactic continues in the workplace when it is equally men and women. The liberal demand that we give in to the person who is most upset encourages drama queens and shouting matches.
It also justifies passive-aggressive behavior at work because you’ve got the excuse of “my feelings”.
The solution is rejecting liberals’ morality tied to feelings, though their entire system of morality is based on how one feels. If it feels good, it is good, if it feels bad, it is bad.
The oppression Olympics of who is the most oppressed is their way to try to sort out whose feelings take priority.
IMHO you have just correctly defined the problem. In all to many businesses HR is a mine field.
All organizations from 8-year olds sand lot base ball teams up have “problem children” of various types. It used to be possible to correct the problem with lower level acts - counselling, bad work hours for a period of time, etc., and in extreme cases job termination.
But, in today’s world those tools don’t exist. You aren’t allowed to be judgmental - but, isn’t that what leaders are supposed to be? You can not enforce standards - but, isn’t that what makes successful companies? You can not focus on a “target” audience, you must be inclusive. But isn’t focusing on a “target audience” what enables start ups to succeed and grow?
Like it or not the possible loss of your job is a strong motivator to change you activities. If you can not be fired why change or restraint yourself? And, in today’s world who is most likely to be fired - a man or a woman?
Other than that, I avoid women like the plague.
I say this as a woman. I have had male bosses I did not care for but all
The ones that really ruined my life at work were female. Men usually confront issues head on where women are taught to backstab and be catty. A lot of women in the workplace need to grow up. You cant cry on one hand that you want equal pay and then demand special treatment on the other....
I have worked for a couple of real male pigs in my career but the Queen Bee was the worst. I almost had a nervous breakdown. I finally quit and started my own business. Fortunately most women in the workplace are not like that.
I was once in a technical meeting with a mixed group of male/female engineers etc. One of the women engineers (EE) kept interrupting a highy technical (very mathematical!) discussion telling us we needed to have a “women’s perspective” to solve the problem. I put my best “naïve-nerd-I-really-want-to-learn-something-face-on” got up and went to the white board and wrote a generic differential equation on the board and asked her to solve it with a “women’s perspective” and to tell me/us how it’s different from the way its normally solved. To make a long story short she didn’t take me up on it, and we later got her technical contributions to the job at hand without every statement prefaced with “women’s perspective”.
Women are killing what makes them whole. What women will not accept is that power between the sexes is roughly equal. Each has its own turf, or privileges that it claims and this is dynamic and changes over time for a variety of reasons and factors. Whatever power one claims, the other will balance it.
Appears rudeness is the new trend so many want everything and they want it NOW.
Yup
No different than ruthless men
I would take a bitchy anyone over the alky that I have to deal with at my job.
With the advent of the #metoo rollercoaster, I would rather my workplace put me in no proximity to female workers. Don’t care if women work there, just not in my work area. They seem to always be just a breath away from a harassment complaint. Just not safe to talk to them on the job.
Wife worked for forty years - always said she’d rather have a male than a female boss any time.....
