Remember a boy got in trouble for chewing a pop tart into the shape of a gun?
To: Gamecock
Evidently even saying the word “gun” is now a crime in gender-dysporia world.

Detectives also searched the students home and found no evidence that he possessed or had immediate access to any type of firearm. Apparently not to any math textbooks, either.

OMG!....The key phrase is ‘the student made a comment’.
A comment is not necessarily a threat. It is often nothing more than an observation. My guess is if the average female student had said this, nothing more than a few giggles would have been the result.

“Hey! That looks like a gun!”
Call in the cops. Yeah, that teacher sounds like one of the ones we want to be carrying.

Detectives also searched the students home and found no evidence that he possessed or had immediate access to any type of firearm. Investigators say there was no evidence that the student had any intent to commit harm to students or faculty. If they were able to get a search warrant based on the kid commenting that a square-root symbol looks like a gun, then apparently some law-enforcement agencies and some judges are also insane. The judge who issued such a warrant should be removed from the bench, and the law enforcement officer(s) who asked for the warrant should be fired.
Of course, if the kid and/or his parents consented to a warrantless search then they are not too bright.

Detectives also searched the students home and found no evidence that he possessed or had immediate access to any type of firearm. If this is a real story, yikes. And if they had found "evidence"? So what, but woe to him and his family if that had been the case.
It was a funny comment. Kids see humor where the real psychos see only malevolence [in their own mirrors].

The radical symbol definitely looks like a gun, and there is no place for it in our schools. Banning the radical symbol would bring peace and harmony back to our schools and children.

The matter was turned over to the Allen Parish School Board for determination of disciplinary action
